To augment the End of Life Process for an appliance, FireEye implements the following processes for Last Support dates with respect to the Hardware and Software.


A FireEye Offering is considered End of Life when the Last Support date for the FireEye Offering is reached.Īn appliance is comprised of Hardware and Software. FireEye will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the End of Sale Notification a minimum of three (3) months prior to the effective End of Sale date. This End of Sale Notification contains information on the discontinuation of the Offering, as well as the specific End of Sale date and associated Last Support date. The End of Life process for FireEye Offerings begins with the End of Sale Notification.
